About Us
Cornell Latinos in Business Club (CLB) is Cornell's premier undergraduate Latino finance, consulting, and entrepreneurship education organization.
Who We Are
Cornell Latinos in Business provides Latino students at Cornell with the necessary resources and opportunities to succeed in a career in business. The unique community at CLB fostered through both social and professional events will allow like-minded students to find lifelong mentors and friends.
Our unique New Member Education, specifically developed from first-hand experience recruiting for top business jobs with placement in many fields, will last 10-weeks. We will also host networking sessions with Latino affinity networks and invite prominent Latino leaders and professionals from various industries to share their experiences and insights.
Message From Our Founders
Our club was founded in response to the distinct recruitment processes for LATAM groups and diversity programs. What sets us apart is our comprehensive approach, which equips members with the essential skills to excel in careers such as investment banking, consulting, finance, and real estate in the U.S. and for opportunities in Latin America.
That is why we offer content in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, and emphasize the unique aspects of doing business in Latin America compared to the US. Our mission statement is to empower students to succeed across languages and borders and shape the future generations of Latino/Hispanic leader.
